ﭼﻜﻴﺪه :
ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮﺟﻮاب دادن ﺑﻪ اﻳﻦ ﺳﻮال دﻳﺮﻳﻨﻪ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ آﻳﺎ ﻣﻴﺘﻮان از ﻛﺎﻟﺮﻳﻤﺘﺮ دﻳﺴﻚ ﺟﻬﺖ رﻧﮓ ﻫﻤﺎﻧﻨﺪی وﺗﻬﻴﻪ ﻧﺴﺨﻪﻫﺎی رﻧﮕﺮزی اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻛﺮد. در ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮاز روش ﻧﻮﻳﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻛﺎر ﮔﻴﺮی اﺳﭙﻜﺘﺮوﻓﺘﻮﻣﺘﺮ ﺑﺮای ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺑﺮ ﺳﻄﺢ دﻳﺴﻚ ﻛﺎﻟﺮﻳﻤﺘﺮ دﻳﺴﻚ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ ﺑﻪ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ای ﻛﻪ اﺧﺘﻼط اﻓﺰاﻳﺸﻲ ﻧﻮرﻫﺎی ﺑﺎزﺗﺎﺑﻴﺪه ﺷﺪه از ﺳﻄﺢ ﻗﻄﻌﺎت دﻳﺴﻚ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ دﺳﺘﮕﺎه
اﺳﭙﻜﺘﺮوﻓﺘﻮﻣﺘﺮ ﺳﻨﺠﻴﺪه و ﺑﻪ اﺑﻌﺎد رﻧﮓ ﺗﺒﺪﻳﻞ ﺷﺪ. در اﺑﺘﺪا ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺗﻚ رﻧﮓ رﻧﮕﺮزی ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ رﻧﮓ ﺗﻬﻴﻴﻪ ﺷﺪه وﭘﺲ از ﺗﻬﻴﻴﻪ دﻳﺴﻜﻬﺎﻳﻲ از ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺬﻛﻮر و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از دﺳﺘﮕﺎه اﺳﭙﻜﺘﺮوﻓﺘﻮﻣﺘﺮ ﺗﻼش ﺷﺪ ﺗﺎ راﺑﻄﻪ ای رﻳﺎﺿﻲ ﻣﻴﺎن ﻣﺴﺎﺣﺖ ﺳﻄﻮح رﻧﮕﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻛﺎر ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه و ﻏﻠﻈﺖ رﻧﮓ ﻻزم ﺑﺮای ﻫﻤﺎﻧﻨﺪی ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻳﺪ . ﭘﺲ از ﻫﻤﺎﻧﻨﺪی و اﺧﺬ ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار اﺧﺘﻼف رﻧﮓ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ( E ∆ ﻛﻮﭼﻜﺘﺮ از ﻳﻚ ) ﺑﻪ ﻛﻤﻚ رواﺑﻂ رﮔﺮﺳﻴﻮن ﺗﻮاﺑﻌﻲ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ ﻛﻪ در اﻳﻦ ﺗﻮاﺑﻊ ﺳﻄﺢ اﺧﺘﺼﺎص داده ﺷﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻫﺮ رﻧﮓ ﺑﺮ روی دﻳﺴﻚ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ و ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻴﺎز از آن در رﻧﮕﺮزی ﻋﻤﻠﻲ، ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در آزﻣﻮن ﻫﺎی ﻣﺤﺪود اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه، وﺟﻮد ﻗﺎﺑﻠﻴﺖ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از دﻳﺴﻜﻬﺎی رﻧﮕﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ای از ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻛﺎﻟﺮﻳﻤﺘﺮدﻳﺴﻚ ﺟﻬﺖ رﻧﮓ ﻫﻤﺎﻧﻨﺪی در ﻧﺴﺎﺟﻲ ﺑﻪ اﺛﺒﺎت رﺳﻴﺪ اﮔﺮ ﭼﻪ رﺳﻴﺪن ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮاﺑﻊ ﻛﻠﻲ ﺗﺮ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺮای ﮔﺴﺘﺮه وﺳﻴﻌﻲ از رﻧﮓ ﻫﺎ در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎ ی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﻮدﻧﻴﺎز ﺑﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﮔﺴﺘﺮده ﺗﺮی دارد .

Actual Dimensions of Black Samples Using Principal Component Analysis Technique, Seyed Abdolkarim ,Hosseini Ravandi, Razieh Jafari, Seyed Hossein Amirshahi

Abstract
A series of blacks with different tinting behaviors are prepared from mixing of different concentrations of four colored pigments containing red, green, blue and yellow with a black pigment. Tow types of data i.e. the
reflectance values of samples as well as their Kubelka Munk function are created and the main directions are extracted by calculation of the eigenvectors and the eigenvalues of datasets. The percentages of cumulative variances of datasets with using different basis functions are calculated to analysis the dimensional property of sets. Besides, the most important eigenvectors are employed for reconstruction of compressed data. The values of root mean square errors and the color difference values between the reconstructed and original spectral reflectance are used as metrics for evaluation of the importance of selected dimension. In spite of using different primaries in preparation of blacks, the percentages of cumulative variances and the results of reconstruction process show that blacks could be expressed in a one or maximum in two dimensional spaces.

Interpretation of Whiteness Formulae in Spectral Space

Abstract
The correlation coefficients between the CIE and Uchida whiteness indices with the first principal coordinate (PC1) of different white samples are investigated. The dimensional behavior of whites prepared from cotton fabric treated with fluorescent whitening agents is analyzed by using principal component analysis technique. Results show that the CIE whiteness formula benefits from higher correlation coefficient with PC1 in comparison with Uchida's index. In other words, the CIE formula conveys the property of white samples better than Uchida formula.

ﭼﻜﻴﺪه :
در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﻳﻲ ﻧﻈﺮﻳﻪ ﻣﺪل ﻫﻨﺪﺳﻲ درﻧﺤﻮه ﭘﻴﺸﮕﻮﻳﻲ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر اﻧﻌﻜﺎﺳﻲ اﻟﻴﺎف ﺑﺎ درﺟﻪ ﭘﺸﺖ ﭘﻮﺷﻲ ﻣﺘﻔﺎوتﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ . ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺷﺒﻴﻪ ﺳﺎزی ﭼﻨﻴﻦ اﻟﻴﺎﻓﻲ از ﺷﺒ ﻜﻪ ای از ﻟﻮﻟـﻪ ﻫـﺎی ﻣـﻮﻳﻴﻦ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ . آﻧﮕﺎه ﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺬﻛﻮر ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ آوردن اﻟﻴﺎف رﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل رﻧﮕﺰاﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﺗﻴﻮﻧﻴﻜﻲ ﭘﺮ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪﻧـﺪ . ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺷﺒﻴﻪ ﺳﺎزی اﻟﻴﺎﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ در ﺟﻪ ﭘﺸﺖ ﭘﻮﺷﻲ ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت، ﺗﻌﺪادی از ﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻋﻼوه ﺑـﺮ ﻣﺤﻠـﻮل رﻧﮕـﺰا ﺣـﺎوی دﻳﺴﭙﺮﺳﻴﻮن اﻛﺴﻴﺪ ﺗﻴﺘﺎﻧﻴﻢ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ . ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ ﭘﻴﺸﮕﻮﻳﻲ ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ اﻧﻌﻜﺎﺳﻲ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻧﻈﺮﻳﻪ ﻫﻨﺪﺳﻲ ﺑـﺮای ﺷﺒﻜﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺗﻬﻴﻪ ﺷﺪه از ﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻮﻳﻴﻦ ﺣﺎوی ﻣﺎده ﻣﺎت ﻛﻨﻨﺪه ﻛﻪ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ اﻳﺠﺎد اﻧﺘﺸﺎرات داﺧﻠﻲ ﻣﻲﺷﻮد ﻧﺎ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ اﺳﺖ . ﻋﻠﺖ اﻳﻦ ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ در ﻧﺎدﻳﺪه ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ ﺳﻬﻢ اﻧﺘﺸﺎرات داﺧﻠﻲ درﻣﻘﺪار ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮراﻧﻌﻜﺎﺳﻲ ﭘﻴﺸﮕﻮﻳﻲ ﺷـﺪه ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻧﻈﺮﻳﻪ ﻣﺪل ﻫﻨﺪﺳﻲ ﺑﺮای ﺷﺒﻜﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺣﺎوی ﻣﺎده ﻣﺎت ﻛﻨﻨﺪه ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ . درﻫﺮﺣﺎل ﺗﺨﻤﺒﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار اﻧﻌﻜﺎسﺗﻮﺳﻂ اﻳﻦ ﻣﺪل در اﻟﻴﺎف ﺷﺒﻴﻪ ﺳﺎزی ﺷﺪه ﻛﻪ ﻓﺎﻗﺪ ﻣﺎده ﻣﺎت ﻛﻨﻨﺪه ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ در ﻣﺤﺪوده ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻗﺒﻮﻟﻲ ﻗـﺮار ﻣـﻲ ﮔﻴﺮد .

Investigating the effect of false twist texturing process on the color coordinates variation of spun-dyed polyester filament yarns

Abstract
In this study, variation of color coordinates of spun-dyed polyester filament yarns subjected to the false twist texturing process was investigated. Furthermore the effect of different processing parameters including D/Y ratio, twist, heater temperature, texturing speed , overfeed, draw ratio and intermingling process on the variation of color coordinates of textured yarns was studied. Finally the magnitude of color variation was analyzed with studying of the structure and crimp properties of yarns. Results showed that the nature of texturing and intermingling process had significant effect on color variation of yarns but different processing parameters had no significant effect. The level of these variations can be expressed with observing the fiber geometry change along the texturing process.

Effect of LED Light Sources on Color Properties of Objects

Abstract
 Recently LED light sources have become in considering the different industries. Due to the usage of these light sources it is of interest to investigate the color characteristics of them and their influence on the color appearance of the objects. In the present study, the spectral characteristics and color changes of objects under LED light sources in comparison to standard illuminants are concluded. To this end, two series of white LEDs were selected and the color inconstancies were computed for two sets of color samples included 1269 Munsell data set and a set of 547 dyed polyester fabric samples. The results showed that for Munsell chips, the warm series of white LED acts almost similar to A illuminant however it causes more color inconstancies for the textile samples. The other group of white LED gives the poorest color constancy results on both the Munsell and the textile samples in comparison to the other light sources. Therefore, it seems that for the industrial applications especially textile industry, LED light sources need to be modified.

ﭼﻜﻴﺪه
در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺳﻌﻲ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﭘﺲ از ﺗﻬﻴﻪ ﺗﺼﻮﻳﺮ از ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﻫﺎی ﺗﻚ ﺟﺰﻳﻲ رﻧﮕﺰا ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﻮﻳﺸﮕﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮﻗﺮاری ﻳﻚ راﺑﻄﻪ درﺳﺖ و ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻲ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎی رﻧﮕﻲ RGB و ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﻫﺎ از ﺷﺒﻜﻪ ﻋﺼﺒﻲ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدد. ﺑﻪ اﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر از 7 ﺷﺒﻜﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻌﻤﺎریﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﭘﺲ از ﺗﺨﻤﻴﻦ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎ ﻣﻘﺪار درﺻﺪ ﺧﻄﺎی ﻧﺴﺒﻲ ﺗﺨﻤﻴﻦ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ و ﺑﺎ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺨﻤﻴﻦ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻣﺘﺪاول ﺟﺬب ﺳﻨﺠﻲ و ﻃﻴﻒ ﺟﺬﺑﻲ ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ روش ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ ﺷﺪه دارای ﻣﻘﺪار ﺧﻄﺎی ﻛﻤﺘﺮی ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ روش ﻣﺘﺪاول ﺟﺬبﺳﻨﺠﻲ ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ.

در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﺑﺎﻓﺘﺎر ﭘﺎرﭼﻪ در ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻـﻠﻪ از ﺳـﻨﺠﺶ رﻧـﮓ آن ﺗﻮﺳـﻂ اﺳـﻜﻨﺮ ﻣـﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌـﻪ و ﺑﺮرﺳـﻲ ﻗـﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪاﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮای اﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر، اﺑﺘﺪا ﻧﺸﺎن داده ﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ ﭼﺎرتﻫﺎی رﻧﮕﻲ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻧﻈﻴﺮ ﭼﺎرت ﻛﺪاک Q_60 در ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻒ اﺳﻜﻨﺮ ﺑﺮای اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴﺮی رﻧﮓ ﭘﺎرﭼﻪﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎﻓﺖﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ، ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺑﻪ وﺟﻮد آﻣـﺪن ﻣﻘـﺎدﻳﺮ اﺧـﺘﻼف رﻧـﮓ ﺑـﺎﻻﻳﻲ  ﻣﻲﺷﻮﻧﺪ. در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ، ﭘﺎرﭼﻪﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺎ ﻓﺎمﻫﺎی ﻳﻜﺴﺎن و ﺑﺎﻓﺖﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ (8 ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﺑﺮای ﻫﺮ ﻓﺎم)، ﺗﻬﻴﻪ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ از آﻧﻬﺎ در ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ آﻣﻮزش و آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ اﺳﻜﻨﺮ، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری، ﺑـﻴﻦﺑﺎﻓﺖﻫﺎ ﻳﻲ ﻛﻪ در ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ آﻣﻮزش و آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ اﺳﻜﻨﺮ ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪاﻧﺪ، ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ اﺧﺘﻼف رﻧﮓ ﺗﺨﻤﻴﻦ زدهﺷﺪه ﺑﻪوﺳﻴﻠﻪ اﺳﻜﻨﺮ در ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ رﻧﮓ واﻗﻌﻲ آﻧﻬﺎ ﻛﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ اﺳﭙﻜﺘﺮوﻓﺘﻮﻣﺘﺮ اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴـﺮی ﺷـﺪه اﺳـﺖ، اﻓـﺰاﻳﺶ ﻣـﻲ ﻳﺎﺑـﺪ و اﺧﺘﻼف ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ واﺑﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻒ اﺳﻜﻨﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻮع ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده را ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲدﻫﺪ. در ﻫﺮﺣﺎل ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲدﻫﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻋﻤﻖ ﺑﻴﺘﻲ دادهﻫﺎی اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴﺮیﺷﺪه ﺗﻮﺳﻂ اﺳﻜﻨﺮ، واﺑﺴـﺘﮕﻲ ﻣـﺬﻛﻮر ﺗـﺎ ﺣـﺪی ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻲﻳﺎﺑﺪ .
